On Wednesday, June 6, 2018, the delegates of the Bergen County Central Trades and Labor Council, AFL-CIO (CLC) voted to endorse candidates for Bergen County Executive and Freeholder, and recommended endorsements for Senate, Congressional, and State Legislative races, which were voted on at the NJ State AFL-CIO Legislative and Political Conference on June 12.<\/p>\n

Below are the Bergen County Central Trades and Labor Council endorsements for the 2018 election:<\/p>\n

US Senate<\/strong> – Bob Menendez
\nCongressional District 5<\/strong> – Josh Gottheimer
\nCongress District 9<\/strong> – Bill Pascrell
\nNJ Assembly District 36<\/strong> – Clinton Calabrese
\nNJ Senate District 38<\/strong> – Joe Lagana
\nNJ Assembly District 38<\/strong> – Lisa Swain & Chris Tully
